We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join us in our Tel Aviv/New York offices.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your technical knowledge and experience to ensure customers receive the utmost value from Nimble’s products
• Analyze customers’ traffic to identify undetected threats and false detections using mostly ElasticSearch and BigQuery.
• Work side by side with the R&D department and customers to provide insightful technical and business insights.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D and Research teams to optimize Nimble’s ability to gather web data at scale.
• Design, plan, and implement projects and automation for internal use.

Job Requirements:

• Passionate about data, networking, and of course, our customers.
• Ability to quickly solve technical and business-related challenges.
• Hands-on experience (1+ year) with data analysis of large and complex data sets (data manipulation, statistical analysis, conclusions, etc.), including SQL Proficiency.
• Experience in analyzing logs to identify technical problems.
