We are looking for a Marketing OPS to join us in our NYC offices.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and optimizing marketing processes, workflows, and best practices ensures that the team operates efficiently and effectively.
• Ensuring that the marketing team has access to accurate and reliable data that can be used to inform decision-making and improve performance.
• Managing marketing projects and initiatives from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Developing and managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the team is operating within its allocated resources.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, and product.

Job Requirements:

•  Strong technical skills. This includes experience with marketing automation platforms, web analytics tools, data management tools, and other marketing technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization tools.
• Skilled at managing projects from start to finish, including developing project plans, managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to understand business goals and develop marketing plans and tactics that support those goals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
